Enrollment Agreement
Innov8ive Academy
Effective Date: 1/1/2026
This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in any program offered by Innov8ive Academy, a division of Innov8ive Solutions (“Academy”).
By enrolling in any program and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of Services
Innov8ive Academy provides professional development and workforce training in digital accessibility, ADA Title II compliance, Section 508 compliance, WCAG implementation, accessibility governance, and inclusive innovation. Innov8ive Academy is not:
- An academic institution
- A licensing authority
- A certification body
- An accredited university
- A government agency
Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation increases, licensure, contract awards, or third-party certification. Outcomes depend on individual effort, qualifications, and market conditions.
2. All Sales Final – No Refund Policy
All payments are final.
Deposits, tuition payments, payment plan installments, administrative fees, and corporate enrollments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to attend
- Withdrawal from a program
- Scheduling conflicts
- Employer reimbursement denial
- Change in personal or professional circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with course format or delivery
- Failure to complete coursework
- Personal technical limitations
Payment secures enrollment placement, instructor allocation, administrative onboarding, program preparation, and access to proprietary materials. These costs are incurred immediately upon enrollment.
No exceptions will be made.
3. Deposits
Deposits secure a reserved seat and are applied toward total tuition. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Academy.
Failure to pay any remaining balance by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of enrollment.
4. Payment Plans
If approved for a payment plan, you remain legally responsible for the full tuition amount.
Missed payments may result in:
- Suspension of program access
- Withholding of completion documentation
- Collections procedures
Withdrawal or non-participation does not cancel financial obligations.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Innov8ive Academy directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
The Academy disputes all chargebacks and may provide documentation including enrollment records, payment authorizations, access logs, and communications.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate removal from programs
- Permanent enrollment restriction
- Collections action
- Recovery of administrative and legal costs
6. Intellectual Property
You agree to contact Innov8ive Academy directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
The Academy disputes all chargebacks and may provide documentation including enrollment records, payment authorizations, access logs, and communications.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate removal from programs
- Permanent enrollment restriction
- Collections action
- Recovery of administrative and legal costs
7. Participant Conduct
Participants must maintain professional conduct.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, harassment, disruption, intellectual property violations, or payment breach.
Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access, appropriate devices, and required platform access.
Personal technology issues do not qualify for refund or credit
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable program.
The Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or employment-related damages.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment for any Innov8ive Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Enrollment Agreement.
Electronic enrollment and payment constitute legally binding acceptance.
